Your storage space on the server may have reached it's limit. You will not be able to send or receive email from your
webmail account if your storage space on the server is full. You will need to download your emails to a computer, through
an email program such as Microsoft Outlook Express. Please remember that any emails that you send from webmail will be
stored in your webmail 'Sent Items' folder on the server, and you should regularly delete these through webmail to ensure
you do not clog up your storage space.

 |
 |
There is a maximum file size limit on emails that are sent or received through your email account. The maximum file size will
depend on the type of email account you have with us. If you find that your current limits prevent you from sending your
required day-to-day emails, please contact us, and we may be able to offer you a higher plan with a higher maximum file size
limit.
Another useful tip in sending large emails - if the email contains many attachments, try to break up the number of
attachments into several smaller emails, and you should be able to successfully send / receive these emails.

credit card transactions online. Ofcourse we are more than happy to help a business obtain such an account.

We provide an SSL-protected site that you can simply redirect your customer to. Once they have submitted their
credit card details and the transaction is complete, we redirect them back to your website. See our e-commerce
